kr08 Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

This agreement sets out the legal rights and obligations that apply to every player ("User" or "Player") who uses the kr08 platform (kr08.bet) and its related services ("Services").

Using the Services in any way — including opening an account, browsing, or playing games — confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

kr08 may amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the Services means you accept the amended terms.

2.1 Age Restriction

kr08 Services are available to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account, access games, or make payments.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may hold only one personal account at kr08. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, kr08 reserves the right to close those accounts and cancel any remaining balances and bonuses.

2.3 Registration Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. kr08 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information. kr08 may request a national ID card or other proof of identity at any time during a withdrawal.

2.4 Account Security

Do not share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact kr08 customer support immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals at kr08 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. These methods support Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks).

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: 10,000 Ks — any method
• Minimum Withdrawal: 30,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If there are reasons that may extend processing time (identity verification checks, inter-bank processing issues), kr08 will notify the player.

3.4 Payment Verification

In line with Anti-Money Laundering (**AML**) policy, kr08 may request proof of identity before processing any withdrawal. To protect against suspicious transactions, kr08 may temporarily place a hold on payments.

3.5 Own Payment Account Only

Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for deposits or withdrawals. kr08 will not accept transfers from third-party accounts, and doing so may cause issues with fund handling.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

kr08 offers a 150% bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25 must be completed.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 30,000 Ks → balance 50,000 Ks → wagering requirement 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks → receive bonus 200,000 Ks → balance 480,000 Ks → wagering requirement 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Bonus-related funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.
• Specific terms relating to VIP offers will be stated on the relevant offer page.
• Bonuses obtained through VPN use, false identity, or coordinated fraud will be voided.

4.3 kr08's Right to Modify Bonuses

kr08 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotion with prior notice. For any bonus disputes, kr08's decision is final.

The kr08 VIP programme has three progressive tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players may be eligible for a tier upgrade based on their regular play, subject to committee review.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback is calculated on valid bets placed during the relevant period only. Bets generated from bonus wagering will not be included in the cashback calculation. Cashback is bonus funds and has no wagering requirement.

6.1 Game Fairness

Games provided by kr08 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and no one can predict game outcomes in advance. Game fairness is verified through third-party auditing.

6.2 Gameplay Limits

kr08 reserves the right to review a player's gameplay patterns and set gameplay limits on any account. This is done to support responsible play.

6.3 Errors and Technical Faults

kr08 reserves the right to void any game rounds resulting from system errors, network disruptions, or incorrect game data. In such cases, the player may have any losses incurred refunded, but any winnings will be subject to mutual negotiation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at kr08 —

• Using bots or automated software to generate gameplay patterns
• Fraud, collusion, or cross-account play with outside accounts
• Any transactions connected to money laundering
• Copying or modifying the service's software or data without authorisation
• Opening an account with false personal information
• Manipulating gameplay solely for the purpose of claiming bonuses (bonus abuse)

If kr08 finds that any of these terms have been violated, the account will be suspended, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

How kr08 uses, stores, and protects the personal information players provide is detailed in the Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you are also confirming that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

We use SSL encryption technology to protect players' funds and personal information. Personal information will not be sold to third parties — the only exception is disclosure required by law.

kr08 is not responsible for any losses or delays caused by software or hardware failures, network issues, external cyberattacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

Players must understand that it is their own responsibility to use kr08 in accordance with the laws of their local jurisdiction. kr08 is a service platform, not a legal advisory service.

10.1 Closure by Player

Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If there is a remaining balance, the wagering requirements will be checked and the funds will be returned to the registered payment account.

10.2 Closure by kr08

If a breach of terms, fraud, or legal matter arises, kr08 has the right to close the account immediately, with or without prior notice. Funds deemed irregular will not be refunded.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no activity for 180 consecutive days may be marked as dormant by kr08. At that point, the player will be notified in advance, the balance will be reviewed, and action will be taken in line with the applicable policy.

You may request self-exclusion at any time, and kr08 guarantees it will be processed within 24 hours.

kr08 acknowledges that if a player's request and our response do not align, the matter may be referred to an independent resolution body. For disputes arising from this agreement, players may not immediately reject kr08's decision outright, but have the right to submit a complaint for review and resolution.
